Change of mind
Due to the unique nature of each piece, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind on either prints, canvases, original artwork or custom artwork. If you have any questions or need further information before making a purchase please don't hesitate to reach out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the rare case that your piece arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the entire package showing external and internal damage and send to hello@emmysh.art we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Do not attempt to fix the damage.
