Yes, if you purchase (or wish to purchase) a piece I can quote you for framing and delivery with framing.

Note due to the weight and size of a framed piece, delivery will also increase significantly on a framed piece. This is why I recommend having your piece stretched and framed on arrival at a local framer to you.

Unstretched canvas means your piece will arrived rolled and will require stretching and/or framing upon arrival. We recommend you take your piece to a local framers to have them stretch it professionally.  Due to the size of unstretched pieces shipping is considerably more affordable and safer against damage.

Stretched canvas means your piece will arrived stretched and ready to hang (un-framed). Due to the size and weight of stretched pieces, shipping is considerably more expensive and could mean the piece is more likely to be damaged.

Please allow for up to 8 weeks for your commission creation, then up to 6 weeks for drying and delivery time.

Emmy SH art prints and canvas are printed at a professional local art printer. The colours and textures will closely match the original.

Printed on premium quality paper. The images shown are of the original artwork. Please note that colours and details may vary slightly between screens and final prints and will not look like the image shown. Originals are also available to be purchased here.

Emmy SH art prints size vary dependent on the size of the artwork. Please read the entire webpage and dropdown of the piece you are purchasing carefully to review the sizing.

If you have a specific date you require your art by, please inform us before you purchase or as soon as you purchase and I will work with you as best as I can to get the art to you in a reasonable timeframe.

If you are unable to hang your art immediately upon arrival, to protect your art from deformity, lay it out flat on a clean dry surface, in a safe environment away from any potential liquids and sunlight. 

To protect your art when hanging, use a good quality frame and hang your piece in a cool, dry place (low humidity) away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and warping.

Emmy SH art is a Scottish/Kiwi living in Australia. Currently residing in Tasmania. Her studio is in Blackmans Bay, Hobart, Tasmania Australia.

In the rare case that your piece arrives damaged, please do not try to fix it yourself. Follow the steps for a prompt resolution:

1. Take clear photographs of the entire package, showing any external damage. And photograph the artwork itself, highlighting any damage.
2. Send the photos and your receipt/order number to hello@emmysh.art and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
3. PLEASE do not attempt to fix the damage. Leave it exactly as it arrives as this will form part of our resolution and investigation into the damage.

Due to the unique nature of each piece, Emmy SH art does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind on either prints, canvas, original artwork or custom artwork.
