Please allow for up to 8 weeks for your commission creation, then up to 6 weeks for drying and delivery time. If you need a piece for a specific time frame or have a short lead please make this clear upon enquiry and I will try my best to accommodate.

Emmy SH art prints and canvas are printed at a professional local art printer. The colours and textures will closely match the original.

Printed on premium quality paper. The images shown are of the original artwork. Please note that colours and details may vary slightly between screens and final prints and will not look like the image shown. Originals are also available to be purchased here.

If you are unable to frame your art print immediately upon arrival, to protect your art paper from deformity remove the print from it's rolled container and lay it out flat on a clean dry surface, in a safe environment away from any potential liquids and sunlight.

To protect your print art when hanging, use a good quality frame and hang your piece in a cool, dry place (low humidity) away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and warping.

Emmy SH art is a Scottish/Kiwi living in Australia. Currently residing in Sydney's Northern beaches. Her home based studio is in Manly Vale, Sydney, Australia.

In the rare case that your piece arrives damaged, please do not try to fix it yourself. Follow the steps for a prompt resolution:

1. Take clear photographs of the entire package, showing any external damage. And photograph the artwork itself, highlighting any damage.
2. Send the photos and your receipt/order number to hello@emmysh.art and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
3. PLEASE do not attempt to fix the damage. Leave it exactly as it arrives as this will form part of our resolution and investigation into the damage.

Due to the unique nature of each piece, Emmy SH art does not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind on either prints, canvas, original artwork or custom artwork.
